Rihanna will create a concept album based on DreamWorks Animation’s toon “Home,” out in theaters in November. She will also perform new songs in the film.

DWA-chief Jeffrey Katzenberg announced the news during the company’s fourth quarter and full 2013 year earnings results on Tuesday.

“Home,” formerly known as “Happy Smekday!” is based on Adam Rex’s book “The True Meaning of Smekday” and features the voices of Rihanna, Jim Parsons, Jennifer Lopez and Steve Martin.

I am going to assume an album for herself and another for this movie.

remember the whole TWO album releases this year thing?!

Not here for this. I need my explicit ratchet Rihanna bops and I'm pretty sure DreamWorks can't deliver them.

I'm going to need a real Rihanna album asap.

This should shake things up a bit I'm kinda interested to see what will come of this.
