The 2006 Year End Crazy Ambition!(It's Over!)
Alright, i'm tired of waiting. Lets do this.
This year's Crazy Ambition is even MORE crazy than last year's. This year, of course, you'll get the two main course countdowns, The FreeWave Countdown Top 40 and, at the end of the year, my list of the top 50 songs of the year 2006, as well as year-end coutndowns for the best albums and non-singles, worst songs and biggest news stories for yours truly of 2006. But this year's Crazy Ambition adds two new features. Included this year are my list of the top 25 music videos of 2006 and, to kick off the Crazy Ambition, the first ever presentation of the Asshat Of The Year award. And no, it's not Kevin Federline.
Here's a look at the order for this year's Crazy Ambition:
1) Asshat Of The Year presentation
2) Top 25 Music Videos Of 2006
3) Top 15 Worst Songs Of 2006
4) Top 40 Non-Singles Of 2006
5) Top 10 Albums Of 2006
6) Top 10 News Stories Of 2006
7) The FreeWave Countdown Top 40
8) The Top 50 Songs Of The Year(Without Honorable Mentions, so there)
It all kicks off (hopefully) today with the presentation of the Asshat Of The Year award.

Asshat Of The Year Presentation
Hello and welcome to the first ever presentation of the Paris Hilton Asshat Of The Year award. Now, as you may have noticed, this award is dedicated to the asshat of all asshats, Paris Hilton. God knows that if she were in the running every year, she'd win every year, you know? A strong thank you to Wikipedia for most of the information(if not all) in this presentation.
Alright, onto the presentation. To some of you, this choice may shock you. I hate Kevin Federline with a passion and wish he died a brutal death, but not even he can contend with the winner of the first Asshat Of The Year award. This guy is the worst of the worst as far as people in the video game community are concerned. This guy actually came to prominence via the 2 Live Crew controversy, but oh no, he wasn't done there. Lets jump to 1997. This is a dark year for many within the video game industry for it was the first year this vile human took the opportunity to take on video games. He argued that video games, a movie(The Basketball Diaries, if you were curious) and ****o were prime suspects in helping 14 year old Michael Carneal kill three students in the infamous Heath High School shooting. This guy actually said, "“We intend to hurt Hollywood. We intend to hurt the video game industry. We intend to hurt the sex **** sites.” Yeah, right. The case was thrown out.
Jump to the year 2003 and this guy is on a ROLL. He starts up a crusade against Rockstar Games and the Grand Theft Auto series. He first goes after the series in February 2003, after a young man murders a young woman and he(and the parents of the deceased girl) declare that video games(particularly GTAIII) were what drove him to murder the woman. After two months of waiting, Thompson pulled out of the case. Later, it was revealed that the mother of the young man believed 100% that video games were not the cause of the murder. We move to October 2003, where this guy REALLY begins to strike against Rockstar, after two Tennessee teenage stepbrothers accused of reckless homicide said that they were inspired by...yep, GTAIII. The guy actually sued Rockstar Games' publisher, Take-Two Games, along with Sony and WAL-MART(yes, freaking WALLY WORLD) for $246 million. In his suit, the guy claimed that the two stepbrothers knew or SHOULD have known about the game and that it would cause violence. Riiight. The case was later dropped by the plaintiffs. Another case that this guy just can't seem to win. But oh, it gets better.
In 2005, the man got involved in ANOTHER suit, this one in Alabama on behalf of the families of police personnel kid by a young man named Devin Moore, a teenager who, reportedly, was an avid GTA player. However, before he could even go about suing Rockstar and Take-Two AGAIN, a judge intervened and started to question the man's motives as a attorney. Well, that just made the attorney fairly mad. He started badmouthing everyone, from the judge to Take-Two and Rockstar. In the aftermath of yet another failed lawsuit, the man tried to get Alabama attorney general Troy King to file a CIVIL suit and call on retailers to stop selling, and I quote, "cop-killing games". Yeah, because obviously, that was what the GTA series was all about. Give me a freaking break. Hell, after another officer was killed, this time in Arkansas, the man tried to connect GTA to it. However, no video games were involved. So take that.
In 2006, he filed ANOTHER suit against Take-Two and Sony, but also against a man by the name of Cody Posey for the wrongful death of three of his family members. The man argued that Posey's "GTA obssesion" was the prime cause of the murders and that GTA somehow caused Posey to "act out, copycat, replicate and emulate the violence". The man said, and again, I quote, "Posey essentially practiced how to kill on this game. If it wasn't for Grand Theft Auto, three people might not now be dead." Again, the suit was thrown out.
However, he did get a bit of a taste of his own medicine as well in 2006. Back in 2005, the man lobbied against another Rockstar game entitled "Bully". Another quote by this wonderful man: "What you are in effect doing is rehearsing your physical revenge and violence against those whom you have been victimized by. And then you, like Klebold and Harris in Columbine, become the ultimate bully. The game shows you how to - by bullying - take over your school. You punch people; you hit them with sling shots; you dunk their heads in dirty toilets. There's white-on-black crime in the game. You bludgeon teachers and classmates with bats. It's absolutely nuts.” This without actually having PLAYED THE GAME. This time, the man sued Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, Circuit City, GameStop and even TOYS 'R' US, trying to bar the game from being released. He hoped that the pressure he was putting on the retailers would cause them to refuse to carry the game. Nevermind that all of these stores mentioned are billion dollar businesses and can more than handle this guy's attempts to "pressure" them. Rockstar Games co-founder Terry Donovan said, in response, "I would prefer it if we could simply make great games and not have to deal with misunderstanding and misperception of what we do." Thompson, after not receiving a preview copy of Bully, actually sued Take Two, GameStop and Wal-Mart because he, of all people, didn't get to try out the game and demanded to try it out before its release date. Yes, folks, he actually sued because he didn't get to try out the game himself. Whatever. Take-Two, in response to this, offered to bring in a copy of Bully so that the judge presiding over the suit and the man could see the game for themselves. The judge ruled in favor of Take-Two, saying that there was ultimately no reason to restrict sales of the game.
To his credit, the man was actively vocal about the judge's decision, saying, and once more, I quote, "You did not see the game... You don't even know what it was you saw," as well as trying to accuse the Take-Two employee who brought in the game for him and the judge to view of leaving out the most violent parts of Bully. However, FINALLY, a motion was filed to have the man's behavior "contempt for the court". The judge in the case moved away from this ruling and went to another case instead.
This man, for close to ten years now, has tried to destroy video games from the inside out. He has tried (and failed) to strike fear in the hearts of the video game community and, this year, he went above and beyond the call of duty to try and stop a game(that he had NEVER played beforehand) from being released to the general public by suing companies that could CRUSH HIM if they desired to. So here's to you, Jack Thompson. You are the first ever Asshat Of The Year award winner. Here's to your next (failed) crusade against violent video games. And, in closing, go **** yourself.

Top 25 Music Videos Of 2006
Onto the first actual list, this one is for the 25 best music videos of the year 2006. First, lets get to those that just missed out on inclusion...
Just Missed:
Muse - Starlight( Video)
-- It takes a worn out formula and makes it decent again. It also helps that this is the video for the best song of the year.
My Chemical Romance - Welcome To The Black Parade( Video)
-- While i'm not the biggest fan of this song, this video has some fantastic cinematography.
In Flames - Come Clarity( Video)
-- Judging from the beginning of the vid, I was expecting a rather pedestrian affair. But it turns into something more in the end.
Gnarls Barkley - Crazy( Video)
-- The beginning of the Gnarls Barkley revolution.
Top 25 Music Videos Of 2006
[25]
AFI - Love Like Winter/Evanescence - Lithium
Video/ Video
-- So why are these two videos together? Well, lets see here: Same setting, same theme, similar ending. The only real difference between the two is that there's a male singer in one and a female singer in another. If nothing else, Amy Lee looks a lot better falling into the abyss than Davey Havok does. So why are they both on the list if they are so similar? Because both are equally fine videos. It just so happens that they happen to share the same concept.
[24]
Lupe Fiasco - I Gotcha
Video
-- I think this video is the anti-rap video. It has mostly everything you see in rap videos these days, but it does it in an altogether different way. It also has a pretty ingenious idea in the beginning by using the beat to implant all kinds of different things into the visual. FNF UP indeed.
[23]
Mastodon - Colony Of Birchmen
Video
-- One person in the YouTube video above declared that this song is "about as catchy and accessible as Mastodon get", which is true on so many levels, but this video is not really mainstream, though it sure is fun to watch. The animation sequence, in particular, kicks ass.
[22]
Jenny Lewis with The Watson Twins - Rise Up With Fists
Video
-- Let me start off by saying that I have a bit of a crush on Jenny Lewis. I think she looks breathtaking all the time and her voice is unbelieveable, but she looks especially amazing in this video for the song "Rise Up With Fists". It also helps that the vid is pretty freaking funny too. Sarah Silverman guest stars in this vid, basically a parody of Hee Haw, with a Hee Haw-like performance to boot. It's on here not only because it's funny, but also because it's witty. And Jenny Lewis too, she has a little to do with it.
[21]
Kasabian - Empire
Video
-- One of the most epic videos of the year, it is also one of the most depressing war videos ever made. It starts off sad enough, with a young boy presumably being shot and killed and ends with all of the band members getting involved in the crossfire. But man, does it look cool. This was an early top ten favorite but, even though it isn't there now, I still love this video. Eerily fascinating.
[20]
Nelly Furtado - Maneater/Say It Right
Maneater Video/ Say It Right Video
-- Nelly Furtado has brought the fun back into pop music. Case in point: the "Maneater" vid. It FEELS like something from the 90s. And I put the "Say It Right" vid with the "Maneater" vid because she just looks way too stunning in the "Say It Right" vid to not include it somewhere. Thank god for Furtado. In a depressing mainstream music world, Furtado shines above all other pop musicians.
[19]
Stone Sour - Through Glass
Video
-- This is Corey Taylor saying to the media and Hollywood, "Go **** yourself". It's the easiest way to describe this video. All of the "hollywood stars" turning out to be cardboard cutouts is an AWESOME statement. I'd go as far as to say that this video made me like "Through Glass" even more and that's a feat in and of itself.
[18]
Taking Back Sunday - Liar(It Takes One To Know One)
Video
-- This video is on this list for, if nothing else, its technical achievements. It looks visually stunning, done under the guise of a lie detector. Seriously, the biggest compliment I can give this video is that this is the kind of video that *I* could think up myself. The ending, in particular, is something i'd do in my videos. So there you go.
[17]
Avenged Sevenfold - Seize The Day
Video
-- I think the reason why I like this vid so much is that it's not a conventional video with this kind of song. Instead of taking the normal love story route, it presents the boys of A7F in a negative light, portraying them as robbers, with M Shadows getting arrested and sent to jail. Things get even more depressing, because the love interest of Shadows(who is pregnant) in the video dies in a car accident. Once Shadows is released, he(and his friends) head to his girlfriend's grave. The very last shots of the video are powerful, as Shadows kneels over his girlfriend's grave...and two of his friends bring in a young boy, presumably Shadows' son. Great piece of melodrama.
[16]
The Killers - Bones
Video
-- I wasn't that enthralled in the slightest bit with "When You Were Young", video and song. However, the second single, "Bones", is a better song and also features a better video, which is no surprise considering who directed it. Directed by one of the finest directors of our generation, Tim Burton, "Bones" features Devon Aoki and a hell of a lot of skeletons as well as a FANTASTIC parody of "From Here To Eternity".
[15]
Wolfmother - Woman
Video(also features a clip of Love Train at the end, also a fine song)
-- Take one of the most kickass bands in the world, have them perform and make the cinematography look like crumpled--then uncrumpled--paper and then feature(who else) a woman rip apart the paper. It sounds so simple, and it is, but it also fits with the song and it makes for a very pleasurable viewing experience. It also helps that the song the video comes from is the most fun you'll have listening to music all year.
[14]
Gnarls Barkley - Gone Daddy Gone
Video
-- This video is incredible. You take Cee-Lo and Danger Mouse and you turn them into fleas, with Danger Mouse's flea looking like...well, a mouse...and include a hot blonde girl, and voila! A new concept! And that ending is still creepy, no matter how many times I see it. That's just not one of the visuals I ever wanted to see. But it's still funny.
[13]
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California
Video
-- I now DETEST this song. I would be so much better off if I never heard this song again. But I have to say this video is genius. Just try and name all of the artists featured in this video. You've got The Beatles, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Funkadelic, Poison, The Misfits, Nirvana and, of course, themselves among many others. I especially love the Pistols and Misfits portions of the video.
[12]
Kanye West ft. Lupe Fiasco - Touch The Sky
Video
-- I cannot believe that Will said that THIS was the dumbest video of the year. THIS. I think this is not only one of the funniest videos of the year, but also one of the most witty and, of course, one of the best. It's an incredible Evel Knievel parody. Pam Anderson is great as the love interest of "Evel Kanyevil". But the part that gets me every time is the official unveiling to the world of LUPE FIASCO. This song and video put him on the rap map. And the ending, of course.
[11]
Weird Al Yankovic - Weird & Nerdy
Video
-- To me, this is the funniest video of the year(as well as the funniest song). I understand that some people don't like it and that some people think it's dumb and, somehow, even some people think it's RACIST. The fact of the matter is, though, this is just Weird Al's twisted take of Chamillionaire's "Ridin' Dirty", turning it into the nerd anthem to end all nerd anthems. To people like me, this was just fantastic. Yeah, i'm a nerd. Got a problem?
[10]
30 Seconds To Mars - From Yesterday
Video
-- I love how this YouTube clip begins by calling this "The Kill". Well, it's not. It's better. The song itself is good, but the video is fascinating. The cinematography is nothing short of fantastic and the action sequences are top notch. And the fact that this video was actually made in the Forbidden City in China is incredible in and of itself. At ten minutes long, the one thing I can say above all else is that this video never gets dull. Entertaining the whole way through.
[9]
Beck - Nausea(Puppets Edition)
Video
-- There are countless other "Nausea" videos out there, including one that is official, but this one is my clear favorite. Nevermind everything else about this video, even the fighting...it's Beck and his backing band in PUPPET FORM. PUPPETS. I love it.
[8]
Muse - Supermassive Black Hole
Video
-- Not the biggest fan of the song, but this video is intense. Filled with Museness and strange imagery, it's the kind of video you pretty much expect by now from Muse. I think this is the closest any video this year came to being full-on art.
[7]
TV On The Radio - Wolf Like Me
Video
-- I think this song would have actually been better off WITHOUT a video since their music speaks for itself but the video itself rocks regardless, with the whole video featuring grainy imagery and werewolves galore. "Biology prevails!...and again. Here! POW!" And the ending is hilarious. It wasn't needed, but the video for this instant classic is still great.
[6]
Gnarls Barkley - Smiley Faces
Video
-- Just who is Gnarls Barkley? This video seeks to find out. Dennis Hopper and Dean Stockwell guest star and Stockwell even warns you in the beginning, "When you look at it, it's very strange. None of it makes any sense." Basically, they go back in time, with Cee-Lo and Danger Mouse being featured in countless historic scenes, including being behind Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, being part of the infamous "Revolucion!", their music being part of Woodstock, being at the Altamont Festival and, my personal favorite, standing beside Bob Marley and jamming with Bob Dylan, as well as dancing in the Thriller video.
[5]
Disturbed - Land Of Confusion
Video
-- Todd McFarlane has made another masterpiece. While not quite on the level as his previous classic "Do The Evolution, "Land Of Confusion" speaks about the corruption of today's world and the people in it by the powers that be and their greed(in particular, the United Nations) and the eventual stand taken by the people against the corruption. The animation, of course, is great but the message is as well.
[4]
Mastodon - The Wolf Is Loose
Video
-- I swear to god, people these days. On this YouTube page alone, there's a comment that says that Mastodon's videos are "lame". So basically, the commenter is saying that this video is lame. On the contrary, I think it's a very entertaining piece of work. It's obvious to tell, though, that these guys are flat out nerds, partly due to their music, based on mythology, AND partly due to this video. There's no problem with that. As showcased in my description for #11, I am also a nerd. I can get behind that.
[3]
Korn - Coming Undone
Video
-- This video has, in my opinion, the simplest concept of 2006. It's Korn...and the world...COMING UNDONE! What a strange and weird concept that is! But the animation and CGI is well done and you can tell that Korn had a lot of fun making this video. Best video i've seen from Korn in four years.
[2]
Muse - Knights Of Cydonia
Video
-- Dare I say, this is the most entertaining video of the year. It's six minutes of pure Museness. It has knights with laser beam guns. It has holograms. It has a lady riding a unicorn. Hell, it has a western setting, yet there's a "futuristic car" in the setting. It also uses every western stereotype in the world. It makes absolutely no god damn sense. And I ****ing love it. And that shot of the falcon before the opening title...I have rarely laughed as hard as I did the first time I saw the video and first saw that shot.
[1]
The All-American Rejects - Move Along
Video
-- I'm tired of defending this video as my favorite video of the year. It's one of the most visually impressive pieces of film in the history of the music video. It has a wonderful message, it has a bunch of great real life situations and the shot of Tyson Ritter falling backwards into the pool with a sea of hands preventing him from hitting the bottom is CLASS. But what makes this the best video of 2006 is fairly easy to point out: The stop motion animation and its use. For me to put a video above the video at #2 it must mean it made an impact on me personally. This video did just that.
Alright, finally done with this list. Coming up soon, the Top 15 Worst Songs of 2006. I hope to see you there for that list.

Nice to see this up. I'm sure that it will moderatly entertain me just like the rest of your music taste :-P
And some people just don't know when to give upppppp. I mean, there is some reasonible evidence that video games can influence (young) children, but when you throw hissyfits that keep adults from making decisions about their own lives and entertainment, you really need to take a sip from a steaming hot mug of STFU.

Top 15 Worst Songs Of 2006
Alright, doing this a little early, but whatever, gives me more time to do everything else..a note to start off, however: A lot of the songs on this list will be controversial in their placement. Some songs are very much loved on this forum. Just warning you in advance.
[15] Shakira ft. Wyclef Jean - Hips Don't Lie
-- And I know a lot of people like this song. I just can't. Shakira's voice annoys the ever loving **** out of me in this song.
[14] Fergie - Fergalicious
-- This song doesn't bother me like another song does, but it's still like pretty much every song i've heard from The Dutchess: Terrible.
[13] Hinder - Get Stoned
-- See #14.
[12] Ne-Yo - So Sick
-- I'm not the biggest fan of Ne-Yo at all and this song is the bane of my existance. Originally, this song was in the top ten from the beginning, but two songs took it out late.
[11] Akon ft. Eminem - Smack That
-- Another Akon song is to come, but not even EMINEM could save this. Akon's "verses" are painful to listen to.
[10] D4L - Laffy Taffy
-- This song is so dumb that I wish I had gotten my ears chopped off beforehand.
[9] Beyonce - Check On It
-- Every other Bee song released this year had no chance of being worse than this piece of garbage.
[8] Pussycat Dolls - Buttons
-- It's songs like this that reaffirm my belief that Americans will always fall for stupid, ****** songs.
[7] Gwen Stefani - Wind It Up
-- ...ANNDDDD from one stupid, ****** song to ANOTHER stupid, ****** song. Second straight year Gwen Stefani has made a Worst Songs list of mine. Hell, not even Hawthorne Heights repeated and they had the #1 worst song of last year!
[6] Akon ft. Snoop Dogg - I Wanna Love You
-- The unedited version of this song is disgusting. When Snoop Dogg can't save you, then you've got problems.
[5] Hinder - Lips Of An Angel
-- The fact that this piece of trash became a huge hit speaks volumes about how bad mainstream music is right now. You cannot justify a ****** "ballad" like this becoming a big hit, unless you want to factor in that every year has a ****** slow rock song from a band who is generally not slow rock. Case in point? Papa Roach's "Scars" last year.
[4] Lil' Jon - Snap Yo Fingers
-- Until I heard the #1 song, this was, unquestionably, the dumbest, stupidest and most inane track of 2006. That says a lot.
[3] Pink Spiders - Little Razorblade
-- The worst part about this song is that every other song i've heard from Pink Spiders has sounded decent...and yet I can never get into them now after they put out this song as a single. I just can't.
[2] Buckcherry - Crazy Bitch
-- I never really liked Buckcherry before this song, now I hate them. Any other year and this song would be the unquestionable #1.
[1] Fergie - London Bridge
-- This might actually be the worst song of all time.
Okay, that's enough with the negativity. Depending on my mood, I will start the Top 40 Non-Singles Of 2006 list either tomorrow or Thursday. Trust me, this year's Non-Singles list is truly special. See you guys then.

I agree with most of the list (except Lil Jon, who I think gets way too much of a bad rap. he isn't striving to be the next Nas or Kool G Rap, he just wants to make great party music and he succeeds 9 times out of 10).
also love the Asshat of the year, and the videos list is great.
can't wait for the rest!

Top 40 Non-Singles Of The Year
Onto one of the major lists of the Year End Crazy Ambition, the top 40 non-singles of 2006. Now, a little bit of a note: It may be argued that some of these songs ARE singles. I'm sure that, if I don't mention it now, people will mention that some of these songs WILL be singles. But here's the thing: those songs will be singles in 2007, not 2006. Thus, their placement here.
Lets kick things off with #s 40-31...
[40] Slayer - Skeleton Christ
-- This song is, like pretty much every Slayer song, intense and brutal. This one also has the added edge of having awesome lyrics as well. With lyrics like "It's all a ****in' mockery, no grasp upon reality, it's mind control for compulsory religion and the skeleton christ" and "I've seen the ways of God, i'll take the devil anyday, Hail Satan," you can tell that these guys are not exactly Christianity's favorite band. And I love them for that.
[39] Johnny Cash - Like The 309
-- The very last song that Johnny Cash ever wrote, it also happens to be one of the most depressing songs that Cash has ever wrote, because not only does Cash accept death in this song, he says in the song to "put me in my box on the 309". It's a very hard song to sit through and listen to but it's one that you will never forget.
[38] Audioslave - Shape Of Things To Come
-- "I hold my family to my breast, I feel the worst and hope the best will come to see us blessed". Period. Easily my favorite song from Revelations.
[37] Pearl Jam - Marker In The Sand
-- This song, like most of Pearl Jam's album, is more rocking than anything they have released in eight years. Eddie Vedder sounds incredible and the band, of course, sounds amazing, especially the ending. There's more PJ to come, though not quite in the same vein as "Marker".
[36] Red Hot Chili Peppers - Desecration Smile
-- It's fitting that my two favorite songs from Stadium Arcadium are over 5 minutes long. I'll let the lyrics speak for this one:
Quote:

I’ve seen it all thru someone else
(Another girl bad for my health)
I celebrated but undisturbed
Serenaded by the terror bird
It’s seldom seen and its never heard
(Serenaded by the terror bird)
Chorus -
Never in the wrong time or wrong place
Desecration is the smile on my face
The love I made is the shape of my space
My face, my face
Disintegrated by the rising sun
A rolling black out of oblivion
And I'd like to think that I'm your number one
But I (‘m rolling black out of oblivion)
I wanna leave but I just get stuck
A broken record runnin’ low on luck
There’s heavy metal coming from your truck
I’m a (a broken record runnin’ low on luck)
Chorus
We could all go down to Malibu and make some noise
Coca Cola doesn’t do the justice she enjoys
We could all come up with something new to be destroyed
We could all go down
I love the feeling when it falls apart
I’m slow to finish, but I'm quick to start and
Beneath the heather lies the meadowlark
And I'm (Slow to finish but I'm quick to start)
Chorus x 2

[35] Stone Sour - Made Of Scars
-- I didn't give Stone Sour much of a chance when they released their first album. After listening to "Through Glass", I decided to give Come What(ever) May a chance. I'm really glad I did because it was nothing like I expected. This song is awesome, I especially love the riff and the second verse. More Stone Sour is to come.
[34] Gnarls Barkley - Just A Thought
-- "It's even dark in the daytime. It's not just good, it's great depression. When I was lost I even found myself looking in the gun's direction." This song is something you don't really expect on an album as fun as St. Elsewhere is and that's incredibly dark. But it's message at the end is amazing. "And so I've tried, everything but suicide...but yes, it's crossed my mind...but I'm fine." Even with all of the darkness around Cee-Lo, he's still fine.
[33]Muse - Take A Bow
-- This really isn't the best song lyrically, for it repeats itself quite often, but the music is INCREDIBLE in "Take A Bow". It's just so Muse. It's just about the most epic song of 2006. And this might not even be in the top half of the best songs on its own album.
[32] TV On The Radio - Hours
-- So yeah, this is my breakout artist of 2006. These guys literally came out of NOWHERE for me. And i'm usually not the biggest fan of falsetto singing(unless you are this little band named Muse), but the falsetto works so well within TV On The Radio that you can't help but love it. And if nothing else, especially in this song, they are certainly unique.
[31] Mastodon - Capillarian Crest
-- I've given up trying to figure out if this is a single or not. All I know is that this song kicks ass. Instrumentally, it is tremendous, especially when it speeds up the tempo. I personally love the lyrics, but some probably won't. And that's okay. But the instrumental portion of the song and the riffs alone should be good enough.
30-21 will more than likely be posted today. Catch you guys then. And a big thanks to everyone who has replied so far. You're making this a hell of a lot more fun for me.
