Well, that's really for the Hot 100 thread, but it can be explained here.
There is no 100% accurate way to track the exact number of listeners. Instead, the number is estimated based on the population, time of day, and surveys.
We used to get the sales figures every week in the Hot 100 thread, but for the past three or four months, we haven't gotten any. (Except for one random week.)
