The German TV show "the ultimate chart show" can be compared to the US Billboard magazine. They always analyse stuff and air various lists - this weeks topic was about the "most successful female artists of the new millenium" (so: since Jan 1 2001).

Who had the most top ten singles, who sold more singles and albums, ... in Germany since year 2001?

Of course it was Rihanna.
She had twice as much POINTS as Lady Gaga (who was second) and almost thrice as much as Eminem had in the male list (he was first) that aired a week ago.

Statistics never lie.

PS: The show is VERY reliable. There's no other magazine, no company, no other TV show in Germany who's releasing this kind of analysis. They translate most top ten singles, most weeks in the top ten, most weeks at number one, most hits into points. Rihanna had over 750.

Oh, you seriously can't imagine how much "I Like" slayed over here,
thanks to a big German movie that used the song as its soundtrack.

She even performed it at our final of a big casting show, Rihanna was the main guest performer that day :P
