I think they all care about the charts apart from Britney and Katy. Probably Rih or Gaga the most, their fanbases too.

Obviously gaga. Britney, Beyoncé, and Katy don't seem to care at all and then Rihanna only acknowledges after the fact when someone @s her on twitter.
