No, any song can chart. Doesn't matter the language, genre, single status, the year of release, etc.
Obviusly older songs would need a great amount of Points to get in the chart, because the countdowns over here are mostly filled with the newest songs.
Oh, that only means that countdowns with old songs aren't made so often,
but that doesn't mean you can't do one.
You can make your countdown full of Mozart songs if you'd like,
that's the reason it's called Your Top Ten.
