The Sweet Sophomores Rate, Pt. 1: Winner Revealed!
Welcome to Part 1 of the Sweet Sophomores Rate, hosted by yours truly, conatus!
In this thread, we will be honouring and rating the music of bold, daring, and talented female musicians, who I feel are incredibly underrated both on ATRL and in general.
Each artist's most recent studio album was their sophomore effort, and these are the releases which will be used in the rate.

Now for the boring stuff:
If you choose to participate, you must give each song a score between 0 and 10. If you fail to give a score to at least one song, your rates will not be counted.
Scores of 0 are allowed, and decimals of up to 2 places are allowed. That means, a 9.75 will be counted, but a 3.84152 will not.
Scores that are quite obviously trolling will not be counted. Examples would be: giving one of the artists a score 0 for every song, while giving the other artists nothing but 10s; or, alternatively, giving one of the artists a score of 10 for every song, while giving the other artists nothing but 0s.
