Much less offensive than what they do to Christians
And that is TOTALLY FINE. Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. Satire is satire. Making fun of religious figures that are the subject of worship of literally BILLIONS of people, that define the values of BILLIONS and are behind some of the worst conflicts and human rights violations of all time are fair targets. They are not representative of oppressed people. Islam is not oppressed. It is the largest religion in the world and its influence is vast, and some of the wealthiest countries and families in the world live by its rules. Notice there is a distinction between Islam and Muslims living in Europe. They are not lampooning Muslims in Europe here, they are specifically targeting Mohammed, who is a symbol of Islam.
Do you see Christians trying to kill people because of that cartoon? What do you think would happen if they had Mohammed having graphic gay sex as a cartoon?
