“The X Factor” Ratings Stay Flat Despite No “Voice” Original

FOX officially lost the ability to put the blame on “The Voice” and “America’s Got Talent” for last week’s disappointing “The X Factor” ratings. Even without originals of those shows in the mix, the musical competition series failed to ignite viewers.
Down more than 20% year-over-year, Wednesday’s “X Factor” delivered a 6.7 overnight rating, according to TV Media Insights. That rating is exactly aligned with last week’s premiere number.
The X Factor is flopping, Glee and Bones performing average at best, and The Mob Doctor almost dead-on-arrival. They need a major revamp or else they could be the lowest network of the year (before The CW of course, thats a given).
