It's literally everything. It's getting to the point where I mutter it at things that aren't even reverse-Warholian experiences. Like I'll go to feed my dog and my dad will be like "I've already fed him" and I'll be like "a true reverse-Warholian experience" and he'll be like "what?" and I'll be like "nothing, don't worry."

Warhol and the pop art movement brought pop culture into fine art. A reverse Warholian expedition is to describe the goal of doing that opposite of that, to bring fine art into pop culture.

I also think water is a very reverse warholian substance. Usually substances become more dense when they solidify but water actually expands when it freezes. Ice truly embodies the essence of reverse-warhol.
All humor aside, that's literally the definition of it (sans the shameless promo of course). It's actually a pretty clever idea and phrase that's obviously caught on pretty well here.

I say it in front of my friends and they give me the strangest looks. It just pops out
do people really still not get what this means, f'real?
Warhol brought pop culture (soup can) into art, by painting it/putting it on silk screen/whatever. Gaga's aim was to do the opposite (reverse warhol) by taking things from art (birth of venus) and bring them into pop culture.
It's ruining my life. The other day I was sitting on the toilet and I did a wee while sitting down, and I was like "a true reverse-Warholian experience."

it's not that mystical.
Finally someone who gets it (Actually, I think most people here get it, they just think it's pretentious.)
That reminds me, a couple of years ago the Australian Prime Minister was knifed by his deputy PM (who became the new PM) and then a couple of years later the new PM ended up getting knifed by the old PM. That's the most intense reverse-warholian experience I can think of.
