They are really handled messy.
They have been launched in a very minor way. The fact they had britney to promote Vacation and be the B-side on Ooh La La should have been wh*red some more. They needed medium sized promo, instead of performances at claire's stores etc.
The pool of girlgroups has pretty much drought out WW and they should be working to put themslves in the spotlight, rather than to play it low profile, while every other girlgroup could take the spot, they could get!
