Educating people of the very real dangers they risk everyday is not disgraceful.
If this advert shocks people into changing their speeding habits then it was well worth the scripted deaths.

Sometimes you gotta do these kinds of adverts because people shrug **** like this off. SPEEDING KILLS. What is DISGRACEFUL is that deaths occur because assholes feel the need to speed.

I gasped, but I don't see anything wrong with it. Children get killed in car accidents because of reckless driving and people need to to realize that.
