We all know there are 2 "n words" one ending with "a" and one ending with "er" which are considered to be really racist and offensive & the usage of them by white people is deemed as unacceptable even if they're used as a part of a quote or in another not insulting situation.
But there is a word "negro". Basically it just means black in several languages for example Spanish and is also used to describe people with black skin. Even though many sources claim it's non-derogatory term, I met with opinions who said it's offensive.
Anyway I'm from Europe so I really don't know if it is offensive or not since there are mostly only white people here and my mother language is not English so we don't use any n words here...So what would happen if I used the word negro here on ATRL or in America in front of black people?
