Yes, I used to love them since I was 18 until I turned 21, then I got tired of them. It's always the same people, the random hook ups and bla bla bla. Now I'm more into underground deephouse parties that are always really gay-friendly.

Gay clubs are like jail.

You're forced to go. You can't leave until your time is up.

The big one around here is like gross. But they're all like that. The same kinds of people on coke ignoring you because you're not tan or thin or not dealing

In my experience, there is always a sort of crowd of people who all know each other as they rotate through the same gay clubs on certain days of every week. If you're not one of those people, they almost ice you out. Normally the music is awesome, though, and if you want to hook up, it's very easy. I have a lot of fun if I go with a rather large group of people, because then it is less isolating.

I live in Vancouver Canada and I go to our local gay clubs every single weekend. Been at-least 50 times, met my boyfriend there, they are trash but mad fun!!!

I met so many gay friends there too, I highly recommend it.

Just go with a group of gays, grow some balls and talk to people.

Every single hot guy i've hooked up with has been because I walked up to them and started a conversation.

I love them, if you go with your friends is really great, I have fun there.

I don't understand the gays who doesn't like clubs

But! I went to a club in Uruguay and the gays were really annoying, they only wanted to **** or ask you really freak questions.... there were some nice guys too.

To be honest, sometimes I find them to be a bit too full on. Like the music is great at times, but sometimes the DJ caters so much to the gay community that I get a bit tired of the music.

Besides that, I do enjoy just going to regular clubs and not feeling like there is a 'special night' for me.

I don't club like that. I went when i went to Vegas and turned 21, but you kinda have to by default when you go to Vegas.

I started going a liddo bit more when i dated my ex. He used to go alot, so i went with him. It's a nice experience to knock off of your bucket list. I wouldn't say it's a must do. It is fun though when you're with tha right people.

I've literally gone every weekend for tha past month since me and my ex broke up pretty much to get it off my mind even though he's tha one who pretty much introduced me to it It's been really fun though. I've been with my best friends and we do nothing but dance. Not worried about guys or anything, just having a plain ol good time with friends.

Overall, it's cool. Depends who you go with

I've been around the gay scene in nyc (mostly to dance). Guys can be aggressive, especially if you go alone. Just try not to make yourself so vulnerable and don't get **** faced without a chaperone/friend.

My friends and I always go to Town Dancebotique. It's a gay club in DC and it's pretty popular in the area. It's fun

I have no intention to step foot in one either.

I go to gay clubs and they're pretty good at least in my city. The music's fun and there's a positive atmosphere. Sure it's a little trashy but then again so are most clubs gay or not. Most of the toilets have attendants (probably to stop people ****ing/getting followed). I basically live in the gay capital of England so other experience's may vary but I'd say it's worth a go.

Maybe ones in cities with a significant gay population have better nightclubs? I would imagine different people all the time instead of the same circles that members above were talking about..
