Fictional Singer bigger than real singers| Disney Top 32
I decided to use sales either for albums or songs since they are very different like they were nine years ago on the United States, so i decided to count their charts points on the Hot 100 and the Billboard 200 on a formula.
Neither Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake or Christina Aguilera are on this since they would be clearly the top 3. The musical act must have been related with either a franchise from them in some way. This will probably end later night.
Chart Peaks (Albums):
#1: 4 points
#2-5: 2 points
#6-10: 1.5 points
#11-25: 1 point
#26-40: 0.50 points
Chart Peaks (Songs):
#1: 2 points
#2-5: 1 point
#6-10: 0.75 points
#11-25: 0.5 points
#26-40: 0.25 points
Longevity:
Each artist will gain 0.02 points for how many weeks their song remained on each chart in the Hot 100: For example, if a song spent 30 weeks on a chart it'll gain 0.6 chart points. 0.04 for albums on the Billboard 200.

The formula was terrible the first time around, why would you want to copy it?

Yup. They aren't exactly the same act so they will be separated too. And Billboard credits them as a separeted act too so...
