You need to see the video first, i don't want your blind answers defending white rappers.
In the video you can see a summary of all the Iggy vs Azealia problem, race, rap/hip hop culture and all, if you don't want to see it because you are blind with your stan glasses, then leave the thread because is not a shade thread or a drag thread.
lol sis this got reported because you got the caucasians pressedT and yes I think race should not be a factor in any genre you choose to pursue. But as a white person you need to acknowledge white privilege as well as raps history and why it was created
Hip Hop is no longer any of that so it doesnt matter any more. (Conscious/submersible/political) Hip hop's legacy is or was ruined by the current flock of Black males in the industry..Not by a caucasion rapper, in this case Iggy. The current hip hop state is Big Sean " i dont **** with you" and "bit** this and that" NO way to sugar coat this. Iggy is at no fault Hip Hop became global and she so happens to like it.
Now my comments reflect most of the mainstream Hip hop artists, not underground/little known artists who im sure are actually still continuing to produce progressive, forward thinking material.

If they do it without disrespecting the culture, then yes, they can.

And in the video you can actually see/hear about that, becuse the mainstream doesnt care about political issues, race issues or people's problem. Thats why they prefer those messy rap lyrics you can hear everytime.

True hip-hop fan and legends like Nas would agree. But every genre's experiencing this to some extent.
