It's very simple. You request a capture from a video and I'll make it. Make sure to include the sizes. You should make the requests like this please:

Size: 82x55
Video: Someday (I Will Understand)
Artist: Britney Spears

I'll make any caps if I can find the video. If the video is not out yet you'll have to wait for the capture or you can try to find it on your own then tell me where I can find it.

I do make caps out of AOL but not out of MTV or Launch Yahoo.
