I don't know why TLC is saying oh Rihanna should have came to is to speak about it. No she shouldn't. Your issue is with the news network that reported it not Rihanna. She just reacted to what was given to her by what was considered a legitimate news source.
In the February 1998 issue of Sister 2 Sister, Left Eye was AGAIN asked about the shot.
Jamie: Why did you all show you breasts at that time? Because you all were known for not showing nothing.
