I have... when I was younger
and the only one that tasted ok-ish is liver tbh
of course im talking about cow!
omg but foei gras tho! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> everything else!
(the French in me is weak for foei gras oh LordT yall better try it!)

Yeah, it's pretty normal here. Beef tongue with green sauce is a speciality in Northern Italy.
