Ke$ha - we r who we r debut #1 in early november 2010, i think billboard will not count that for year end chart, the year end chart count from december 2010-end november 2011,
So any song that peak in october - november 2010 will get a lower rank,

And I think it's great for J.lo, this song can't reach #1 but in the year-end will peak in the same level like #1 hits on BB hot 100, but i believe "on the floor" will hit top 20 or top 15 in billboard year-end,
