Many, many, many albums in their 3rd weeks outsell "an" album in its first week. A bunch of albums come out every week, and most are by artists without so much prominence as the ones who get in the T10.
Obviously you're directly comparing 2 particular artists, but with the super vague way you've done this, it's not really that much of an accomplishment.
Now if it's, say, someone being #1 in their 3rd week that's a more specific accomplishment, being able to defeat every debut that week.
