I don't know why, but ever since I started watching this in 2005, I've never really liked it. The only season that I didn't flip the channel once during the show was Season 6. I mean seriously, that was the defining season of American Idol for me. Not to mention, you had Lakisha, Melinda, and Jordin! And the unforgettable phenomenon that was Sanjaya!
