Britney in her prime was overrated. Too choreographed and basic choreography
Beyoncé isn't really a great dancer imo, just a great performer who can really move/great rhythm
Ciara and Jlo are really the only contenders here

Britney's dancing is so overrated.
This is a tough one tho. I think J.Lo and Bey are pretty equal tho Jennifer has done more intricate choreography which has shined in videos like Feeling So Good, I'm Glad, and Get Right.
