wow!! I remember when i was in Mexico back in july/August they were barey starting to play rolling in the deep over there on radio and there was commercials about 21 on tv all the time.
congrats to Adele! the album is already platinum there (60k) so should be going for at least double platinum!
The amazing thing is she's going to be 7-8 million sales ahead of her nearest rival worldwide at year end yet she has virtually no sales in one of THE major markets - Japan!
That argument of yours is incredibly weak, I hate to say. Both albums and songs always prove to be very successful when it takes them a long time to hit #1 cause of longevity, as said before.
