Miley went to VA, to visit the college GMU, to campaign for Hillary and get the word out to vote.
Miley said that Hilary herself asked her, so Miley could get the millennial push out there. She knocked on people's dorms setting up voting plans and encouraged people to vote for Hilary.
Such an amazing thing for Miley to do and use her voice for.
