American band Maroon 5 continues in full promotion of its highly-anticipated fifth studio album 'V', scheduled to be released on digital retailers on September 1, 2014 via 222 and Interscope Records.
"Animals" was written by Adam Levine, Benny Blanco, and Shellback; the latter is also the producer. The song is the second single from 'V', following the release of the lead single "Maps" and the promotional single "It Was Always You".
Hoping it's a bop. Like a Lucky Strike kinda bop. Their last two songs are good as well, but I want something a little bit kore visceral production wise. Excited, regardless.
I hope it's more Maps and less It Was Always You.
