Total gross of $74 Million
$53 Million from international dates & $21 Million for the 24 US dates.
It proves she is still really popular worldwide.
Get ready, world! Jennifer Lopez is preparing to announce her first-ever world tour, Celebuzz has exclusively learned.
Fresh from the pulsating release of her latest single, ‘Dance Again,’ with Cuban rapper Pitbull (whom Lopez collaborated with on the 2011 hit ‘On the Floor’), the 42-year-old superstar will perform a grueling schedule of more than 60 tour dates, kicking things off in South America, in June.
That figure is likely to increase when tour promoter AEG completes the list.
The Puerto Rican diva is expected to hold a press conference to unveil the global jaunt as soon as next week — tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 16 — a source with knowledge of the tour confirmed, but who spoke to Celebuzz on the condition on anonymity.
“J.Lo and her team have blocked out more than a month of their schedules, beginning May 4, to start intense rehearsals, each day, at a sound stage in the Los Angeles area,” the source said.
“This will be a huge tour, complete with a lavish set, full band and team of dancers.”
The singer’s boyfriend, Casper Smart, is choreographing the tour, the source added.
It will include legs in the United States, South America, Europe and Asia; however, many of these dates have yet to be confirmed.
The tour will start in the second week of June, in Venezuela, travel to Chile and Argentina, then head to Brazil for three concerts in Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro and Fortaleza, before trekking back to the United States.
The U.S. leg will begin in the middle of July; however, more production rehearsals have been scheduled before the journey around the nation, beginning July 4, the source said.

The tour would not compromise her position as judge on season 12 of American Idol, where she sits alongside Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, the source added.
In 2011, Lopez told Ellen DeGeneres on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show how she dreamed of one day touring around the globe.
“I did a little mini tour with [estranged husband Marc Anthony] right when I was pregnant [with twins Max and Emme],” Lopez said. (J.Lo and Marc split in July 2011.)
“I was a little bit large on tour … We just did, like, 20 shows. But I’ve never really done the world tour thing, which we really are talking about now with this album [Love?, released on April 28, 2011]. The first record took off, and the second one [is] taking off … So, maybe we’ll do that this time. I would like to.”

News of the tour comes about a week after Lopez debuted the controversial music video for her latest single, ‘Dance Again,’ a video that was slammed by the Culture and Media Institute, which labeled it “skanky” and said it showed how “desperate she was to retain her fame despite her fading relevance.”
The raunchy music video features a group of people partaking in what seems to be a masked orgy; a close-up of J.Lo’s famous derrière; and an elaborately choreographed dance scene between Lopez and her boyfriend, Smart.
Fans don’t seem to mind, though: ‘Dance Again’ has had more than 14 million views on YouTube since its release.
