I Kissed a Girl was a hit in more than two countries and sold 8M WW unlike Single Ladies.

I don't know about Europe but I never ever hear IKAG anymore so SL imo is more remembered.

A song selling a lot doesn't necessarily mean the song is at all that big. There's more than factor into a song being huge that just sales.
