I've recently been making slow initiatives to transition into a vegetarian diet. I've stopped eating red meat altogether; I haven't eaten beef in years, and I stopped eating pork a few months ago. The only meat I eat is chicken and turkey, and I'm planning on cutting that off before the year ends. Even though these were relatively slow changes, I feel like cutting out meat was one of the easiest things I have ever done.
The question still stands. Could you be a vegetarian?
