It's real. The wig is a michelle pfeiffer inspiration from scarface, not Madonna. She used them in her past LAMB fashion show too.

No Doubt will be Gwen’s next focus after this album - including a new album and world tour.

Sweet EscapeShe feels guilty for releasing a second album but this one is
more emotional and deep, the album was recorded faster than any other album she had previously done. Tony helped with three of the songs (including “4 in the Morning” a favorite of hers)

Wind It Up
Wind it Up’s video is said to be a futuristic “Sound of Music” (Gwen will dress up as a nun) Props included are large sewing machines (she also stated that she didn’t break her finger on a sewing machine as rumoured when she was pregnant, it was infact a car door).
