Regardless, these past few #1's on the BB Hot100 have been so lame. Katy has just capitalized on a weak year in music. She's nothing but a singles artist who'll give you 3 straight #1s but can't even sell a CD to save her life....and yes, I'm feeling pressed right now.

Teenage Dream and Cali Gurls were decent songs to hit #1, but Firework is just lackluster and I'm tired of her screaming in my ear every-time it gets to the chorus (she should have released E.T.). It's songs like this that completely dilute the meaning and accomplishment of #1 because it's not #1 worthy.


There is a reason why all that **** has only stayed #1 for a week then fell off.
