At the moment Beyonce is the only one who we can rely upon to give a great ballad performance. If we're saying in any time, then it's Mariah.
Rihanna, and Adele are great but not super consistent.
Carrie..... is boring to me.

I'd say Beyoncé but Halo and Irreplaceable were quite messy on TMCSWT. 2011 and backwards' Beyoncé's my choice.
