I need to lose weight very badly this season. I can't stand it anymore!! I usually gain more weight throughout the fall and winter season but this year I'm determined to do the opposite. Does anyone have any helpful tips?
I actually began exercising regularly this past year well starting this past June and I’ve already lost 15 lbs.
