It depends on your definition of flop. She's definitely had flop singles and FF's sales were underwhelming, but there is a point to be made that she had successes in every era

Britney has actually never FLOPPED. She has had some underwhelming singles, sales, etc. but a lot of her singles that werent huge hits are now iconic 10 years later. Slave 4 U, Overprotected, Me Against the Music, Sometimes, etc.

It's very true. She has never flopped. Every single album she put out had at least one hit and more than 2M sales!
