I hit the gym 5-6 times a week. Currently I am following this:
Mon: Chest/ Triceps/ + maybe Abs
Tue: Legs/ Abs
Wed: Shoulders + maybe Abs
Thurs: Back/ Biceps + maybe Abs
Friday: Chest / Triceps + maybe Abs
Sat: Shoulders + maybe Abs / OFF
Sun: OFF / Shoulders + maybe Abs
I am more focusing on my shoulders and chest at this point.
But u need to EAT A LOT + Protein shakes !!!
