20. Broke With Expensive Taste, Azealia Banks
Highlights: Miss Amor and Gimme A Chance
So after making us wait almost 3 years for this ****, Banks finally releases her debut album, an collection rap songs influenced mainly by trap, UK garage and others electronic music subgenres that will for sure keep you pressing the replay button for some time.
19. Sound of a Woman, Kiesza
Highlights: Hideaway, No Enemiesz, Sound of a Woman, Giant in My Heart & What Is Love
Wow sounds like it came directly from the nineties to feed my necessity of wake the inner drag queen on me jk. But seriously idk why everyone saying that this was disappointing ok tracks like So Deep more me to dead sometimes but still that album that is going to throw you back to the musical scene of the 90s (despite not being released during that time[/strike] and let the inner drag queen on you take the control of your body during 50 minutes of your day.
18. Goddess, BANKS
Highlights: Beggin for Thread
Kinda did nothing me at first it actually still doesn’t its kinda trash outside BFT and some tracks jk but lol who I’m fooling the album may be exhausting sometimes it depends if you are into on this kind of music, either away another 90s throwback-esque album on my list that and that I enjoy.
17. The Fault In Out Stars, Various Artists
Highlights: Boom Clap, Tee Shirt, Not About Angels, Best Shot, All I Want
I’m not really an huge fan of the movie or the book but still any OST with Lykke Li (even tho i don’t use her sophomore) + Birdy + Charli deserves to be here and this kinda filled my thirst for new material from Birdy.
16. FOOD, Kelis
Highlights: Jerk Ribs
Let’s be honest, flop or not she has yet to have a bad album. I love how she completely reinvented herself (again) into a completely different new sound (her last album was an electronic album) into a more retro-ish and diverse vibe.
15. UNLOCKED, Alexandra Stan
Highlights: Every song
God generic electronic dance music can be most of the times the pits depending on what **** you are into, but seriously this has no filler and every song is the definition of a BOP. Idk how she is flopping isn’t the gp supposed to like generic things whatever.
