Shakira is a philanthropist, that's classy as hell! When you have schools and meet with Barack Obama three times to discuss your own position in the White House, that's about as classy as you can get, and expensive clothes and a trip to the hair salon can't buy you that Beyoncé.

I feel the opposite. Both women are clearly classy, but in this case, it really comes down to whose style you prefer. I've never been a big fan of Beyoncé's style, especially at award shows -- her wardrobe usually tends to be gaudy or costume-y. Shakira puts forth a fresher, simple and clean aesthetic in her clothing which gives off a "classier vibe" than Beyoncé's choices.

Depends on your definition of classy. If we're talking fashion and elegance, they're probably equally classy. If we're talking personality, then Shakira is more classy. She's more down-to-earth and cares more about the world around her.
