There are alot of pros and cons about the north and south of the U.S. What are some things that you wish you can change about the north or south of the U.S. whether it be culture,economy,atmosphere or others.(Midwest and West can be included also)

I live in the northwest and love it. The weather is perfect in the summer, a little too raining in the winter and spring though. But I kinda like the rain, so it's fine. We have a good economy here. The only thing I really wish I could change would be better beaches. I mean, we have tons of beaches and they're gorgeous, but a lot of them are rocky and the water is wayyyyy too cold to enjoy.
