According to Billboard's Social 50, Gaga has been far behind her peers and even some inactive or not-so-current artists. Once the most powerful artist in social media, why is she now struggling?

Social 50 (per Billboard website) is:
A ranking of the most active artists on the world's leading social networking sites. Artists' popularity is determined by a formula blending their weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with artist page views and weekly song plays, as measured by Next Big Sound.








She has actually been consistently DECREASING. So why is this happening to one of the world's biggest stars? Many of these consistent top 5 artists (miley, katy, britney) are fresh into a new era and/or have recently released new material just like Gaga. ARTPOP is supposedly very hyped and the GP are excited for it. So why is she struggling to match her peers in this social ranking?

She's just not that relevant anymore.

It's sad Britney and Beyonce are 30+ spots higher when they started 10 years before.
