Nicki Minaj Can’t Understand Why ‘Everything On The Radio Is A Bunch Of Wack Verses’
Quote:
In 2010, Nicki Minaj took fans on a journey leading up to the release of her debut album, and in part two of her MTV documentary trilogy the YMCMB rapper, now an international superstar, is wrestling with a whole new set of issues.
“Nicki Minaj: My Time AGAIN” follows Nicki through some major highs and lows over the past year, including her epic VMA performance, the release of her third album The Pinkprint and the heartbreaking end of an 11-year romantic relationship.
Throughout the turbulent times Nicki remains squarely focused on her craft, and at one point she expresses her frustration with the state of hip-hop.
“Most people don’t rap anymore; most people ain’t even trying to spit, they getting [hot] by being fraudulent,” Nicki says in the upcoming 60-minute doc. “Everybody is getting [hot] by not pushing their pen… Do you know how many times I think to myself, why did I just rewrite this verse when everything on the radio is a bunch of wack verses?”
It's actually Only you stupid bitch, and Anaconda is lyrically better than Fancy and TPP ***** on Iggy's whole discography. Leave and comeback with some Onika knowledge.
Her current single, "Only" has weak verses
Her previous single, "Anaconda" has weak verses
Her biggest single, "Starships" has weak verses
And some of her biggest global hits don't have any verses at all
overall, even though she's one of the most talented rappers of her generation, since she's hardly ever putting her skills to good use for her SINGLES, she shouldn't be talking.
