Pro-life or Pro-Choice?
Should it be illegal or continue to be legal?

I am Pro-life and I don't think abortion should be legal. However, it should be permitted under certain circumstances such as rape.

I Don't think it should be Legal, but In case of Rape or Death of the Mom because of the Baby, it should be considered the Option of Abort, unless this, It should be Illegal

The mother's choice all the way, and **** what anyone else says. It's not their burden they have to carry for 9 months only to not be able to care for it.

Pro-Choice, should be legal.

My stance is pro-choice.

Would I personally ever get one? Probably not. I'm old enough now to take care of a baby, if something happens. But I can only decide for myself. I would never tell another person what they can or can't have.

I am pro-choice because I believe it is a woman's right, not society's, to decide whether she wants to terminate her pregnancy. Women should be in control of their own bodies and their own lives.

I believe that a woman's body is her own choice, so I think it should be legal. However, I do not agree with it from a moral standpoint. If a woman wants to lay down and have sex with a man, she needs to be prepared for a possible pregnancy. That what God intended for sexual intercourse. If you don't want the responsibility of a baby, then don't have sex. Simple. Why should a baby have to die because you couldn't keep your legs closed.

Now, in the case of rape or a life-threatening concern, I feel the options should be open.

Hard choice for me, I mean this child may grow up to be the next Beyonce, or Obama.

Pro-choice, but don't go ****ting around and make abortion your form of contraception.

The baby is alive inside you.... how would you feel to be extracted from the only thing that is keeping you alive then basically murdered without even being allowed to decide. That baby has no choice in the matter it is not his/her fault that two people were irresponsible in the matter (which is all I am considering because as I said abortion should be permitted under the circumstance that rape is involved) and now you just get rid of your problems by killing an innocent life. Of course this is only my opinion.

I'm not going to argue with you about the existence of God and what He theoretically created. But you do realize that sex is also done for pleasure, right? It is not an act purely to create a baby -- it is just the biological way in which to conceive. Also, "Why should a baby have to die because you couldn't keep your legs closed"? What a horrible thing to say. People don't enter into abortions lightly (and it's not a baby, it's a fetus).

I've never really understood this argument. A fetus barely begins to develop until week 9 and its vital organs come much later -- after the first trimester, when an abortion is legal. It is not a human life yet, so why should this fetus take precedence over the mother?
