Well ratings are all about the game and the game literally got got tied up with 30 seconds on the clock RIGHT before halftime. The entire game was close.

2013 was literally the least anticipated Super Bowl of the past 4 years as well, which explains Bey's situation a little more but overall Katy deserved whatever ratings she got.
