The guys with the sofa walking off to use the other lift
The woman hitting him with the flowers
The woman trying to help by dragging him out of the lift
The guy trying to stop it by spraying them with the fire extinguisher, only for the door to not give a single **** and close on them
The guy standing there for a minute debating what to do

So many things wrong with this video 
I'd just kick the guy's head in.
