I honestly just got into One In A Million...now, in 2012. And I've been a fan forever. I've just always said I loved her and the potential she showed but ultimately her singles and her last album was her strengths cause I never liked her first two albums too much but now I truly love it. One In A Million is a classic album, top to bottom flawless!
I'm so mad that her music is such a mess in the archives world.. barely on iTunes and miscategorized, horrendous VEVO quality and they don't even have all her music videos, too many unofficial Facebook pages.. like, I need for her camp to clean everything up out of respect. LIke this makes it hard for newer generations to find out about her and for us to appreciate what she left us.

That's gonna be hard to do. Blackground is just barely hanging on.
All her albums are out of print and were released through different labels.
AANBAN was released through Jive. OIAM through Atlantic, and Aaliyah through Virgin.

It's a mess. I asked her brother on Twitter and he assured me that he is working on getting all these affairs in order in due time. I can't wait! I even asked if a new definitive collection (cause I Care 4 U was not it) would be a possible consideration.

I got One In A Million as an import from Amazon three years ago.
Aaliyah will always be my favorite artist. I miss her so much. One In A Million and Aaliyah are classic albums. Her first album isn't as good as those two, but the singles, "Street Thing", and "Young Nation" are amazing.
I am so glad but I had my Aaliyah albums before they went out of print, but my One In A Million cd is so old some songs do not play And they aren't anywhere but on YouTube. I do hope they get that situated.
