Welcome to I Love Money: ATRL Edition 3
based off of the hit VH1 show I Love Money!
Hosted by Celebrate
It is time to seek out your competitors as best as you can to be the winner of I Love Money!
Breakdown of how the game will work
From the applicants, __ contestants will be chosen. Based on the application games, a set of team captains for the first round will be determined. These team captains will then pick their teams: The Gold Team and The Green Team.
Each round, players should expect to compete in challenges individually or in teams, some of which will be scored by the judges. The team that has the higher average score between their players will be declared the winning team, and will be safe from elimination. The losing team will nominate two to three of their own members for elimination. The highest scorer from the winning team will ultimately decide which of those three members goes home. In a twist this season, at times the remaining bottom 3 contestants not eliminated must compete to stay in a mini challenge of some sort. If judged, the person with the more favored entry will stay in the competition. If its a mini game, the person with the highest score will stay in the competition
*if one person from a team does not submit a bottom 3, they will be automatically be put up for elimination
At a certain point in the game, their will be a merge of the contestants.
Emphasize this
This season, the first part of the game holds a strong amount of weight on team challenges unlike last season. If you are not keeping the scores up on your team and you teammates distaste of you, you might be up for elimination
Judges
Celebrate
Well, to say something about myself, I really find the Games section to be one of the best sections to interact with other member here. While talking about pop music is fine and dandy, there is some sense of excitement I find when it comes to participating in a tournament game. I don't grow bored of this section mainly since there is always some sort of competition going on here. I'll be acting as the sole host this season.
ethan
Ethan is the deemed glorified "co-host" of this game, but really he's here to judge this game. In being the one to come up with the core concept of this game and put together many well thought out ideals for the game, its thanks to ethan that this tournament even became a thing here on atrl.
Also based on if ethan continues to be MIA, I will replace ethan with his counterpart from Survivor, DillonATRL.
Already Gone
Already Gone (formerly e437) is one of the now (I guess) veteran members of the games section. In winning 4 different tournaments, Already Gone has gotten involved with many tournament games and has done fairly well. Notably Already Gone was close to winning the last season of I Love Money, so their perspective is one that I would appreciate in the next season of this tournament
Nasty Nas
Nasty Nas (formerly Nasiir15) took a number of attempts to make it to the winners circle of the Games Section. Through 14 games and being the 14th sign up, Nasty Nas went from team challenge to individual challenges in attempts to then have the edge over the former member named e437 to win I Love Money 2. As a winner of the previous season and having to work themselves into dire difficult challenges to stay in this competition, I appreciate their input and perspective when it comes to the later twists this game will have.
rl231
After competing and only getting to 3rd place last season, I have seen rl231 branch out as a well knowledgeable member in various other tournament games that has intrigued me to bring him on board as a panelist this season. His stint on the Choose The Album, Then A Song Season 6 convinced me he is a good judge to have on board with us.
Notes
• Each round, the highest scorer on the losing team will be immune from elimination. All other members of the losing team are eligible for elimination. I will send out a PM to each member of the losing team asking for the three members they want on the chopping block. The three members that appear most frequently will be selected.
• In the event of a tie for the highest score on either the winning or losing team, the tied players will play rock, paper, scissors for the top spot. Only one player from the losing team will get immunity and only one player on the winning team will decide who is eliminated.
• The game in the application is the only online game that will be used in this tournament. All other challenges will be based on entries you send in.
FOR PREVIOUS CONTESTANTS
except for the top 3 of each season of I Love Money, former contestants can reapply to compete. HOWEVER if an opportunity would arise to guest judge, i could consider you to judge, otherwise no
Feel free to ask any questions! We plan for this tournament to be lots of fun and hope you'll come along for the ride!
For more details on the previous seasons, here is Season 1 and here is Season 2

Will Arrives With 10!!! (Chart Complied for 9-27-12)
Will Young takes his B-Side to the top spot. "My Needs" had been getting much more airplay despite only being played from the zune, i pad, computer devices. Amelia Lily almost reaches the top spot, falling short, but had the number 1 most plays by CD plays. Still this was outweighed by Young for his tenth #1. His total for the year is 9 number 1's. Any new singles? not for now at least. in fact while "Friday's Child", his 3rd number 1, re-enters, Anit no sunshine drops into the recurrent chart. However Young might bag another number 1 as a feature on Groove Armada's "History" as it enters at #7.
Major shifts on the chart include James Morrison's "You Give Me Something" moving up from 9-4, Cheryl's Under the Sun re-entering the top 10 after 3 months of reaching the number 6 and a number of weeks in the recurrent chart.
The chart shows below:

James Morrison gave me a song to...
used as a counter action song to my one blog post which explains more. Morrison moves 4-1 for his first #1 with his debut song. Also another song shaking up is Groove Armada's "History" which moves 7-2 thanks to Will Young exposure mainly, but a good song none the less. Another song blasting into the chart is what I consider Alexandra Burke's "third single" Tonight featuring DJ Smash (as the song directly samples the song directly: Volna. This Debuts in at #4. Another High debut comes from more counter action songs (indirectly) Wings by Little Mix. One other Debut come from Justin Bieber, being "Catching Feelings" arrives at number 10.
As for the ups and downs of the songs on the chart: "My Needs" by Will Young decreases 1-3 this week, Amelia Lily's number 2 single "You Bring Me Joy" shifts 2-5, "All Time Love", a journey of looking for that one love, falls 3-6, and in the same amount P!nk falls 5-8 with "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)". Taylor Swift loses her lead single out of the top 10 for her promo single "Begin Again", climbing 25-9 for the sake................of being a great song.
Free Fallers for this week :/
We Are Never Ever Getting Back together- Taylor Swift: 8-20
Whistle- Flo Rida 6-22
Maroon 5 - One More Night 20-35
the largest drop:
I Don't Want This Night To End - Luke Bryan 10-28

Its a shame to see the rival captain take out another, especially when one contestant basically volunteered to leave the game. i can't control these decisions of course, If a contestant volunteers officially to leave (they must PM me telling me so), then you can get back in this time. (in the next 12 hours)
Keep stanning for my girl Alexandra
