I did a report on expulsion, suspension, and detention rates for black students. And found that in every case, black students got reprimanded more often for the same instances of misbehavior than other students.
You know that "angry black woman" stereotype? Well it doesn't just apply to angry black women (obviously, esp. looking at the Richard Shermann thing). It applies to black people in general. Even black kids--who are perceived to be more aggressive and/or rude than they actually are simply because they're black.
