Adele is not only No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week, but she's also No. 4 with her debut set, "19" (87,000; up 144%). It's the album's best sales week and highest position. Combined, "21" and "19" moved 817,000 copies last week.

Prior to that and after debuting at No. 62 the week of June 28, 2008, "19" soared to an original No. 11 peak that Nov. 8, vaulting from No. 46 after she appeared on "Saturday Night Live."The album's last peak was at #10, and was set on the Feb. 28, 2009, Billboard 200. "19" bounded 27-10 for its only week in the top 10 to-date. Her win as Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards that year spurred the vault.
