She's sold 3.4 million of Circus. #1 tour of 2009, and #21 touring artist of the decade among LEGENDS, and more. The artist with the most worldwide top ten singles, EIGHT of them going #1. Nearly 100,000,000 albums and singles sold in just 10 years. She is still a powerful force in the industry. Who else can go to rehab 3 times, a psych ward twice, shave her head, flash her ***** several times, lose custody of her kids, and still have the biggest comeback of the decade? Surely not just anybody.
