The feeds are free for 5 minutes, after that you need to make an account. (still free, takes a few minutes)
Subscribers get access to a 360 camera, shared control over cameras and uncensored feeds.

The feeds aren't available outside of the US, so you'll have to use a VPN.

The 360 camera is so cool; I'm using it on my iPad right now and it follows whatever direction you face the iPad.
