I was a little bit lazy with my workouts the week before last and then I got a cold last week so I haven't done any exercise for two weeks almost and feeling hopelessly useless! Gym's closed on Mondays (small town life...) but tomorrow I'mma get back into it and really follow a regimen. For too long I've been a slacker with workouts, always turning to too much cardio because I find it easy when weights are what I need to focus on.

Just make sure you doing weights while taking this stuff because otherwise it'll do nothing. My friend (the skinniest wee twink-like gay ever) spent so much on this giant tub of shakes and religiously drank it but he never went to the gym so it did nothing.
